In winter, enjoy unbeatable convenience — the ski resort is the first stop on the bus route, and you can walk to Peak 7 or Peak 8 in just 5–10 minutes.
Inside, a spacious kitchen and living area make it easy for groups to gather, cook, and relax. A newly remodeled bathroom and shower add comfort after a day on the mountain. With plenty of room to spread out, this condo is perfect for Breckenridge adventures or a productive work‑from‑home stay.
The community hot tub and sauna are located right next door — the ideal way to unwind after skiing, biking, or hiking.

We love the location of this Condo, right down the street from Peak 8, a straight shot down the hill to downtown and across from the Nordic Center. It could not be more convenient. The upgraded bathroom was a welcome surprise. The condo was clean and stocked up on arrival. We will definitely be back!

Place and location cannot be beat. Clean, nicely updated and well stocked with everything needed. Free Bus stop directly across the street for easy access to town. Highly recommend.

Love this mountain condo. Simple yet has everything you could need. The beds & pillows are newer and comfy. Home is warm and inviting. Perfect location. New carpet and very clean. Thank you!

The condo is in prime location, spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed for a ski weekend. Walking distance to Peak 8 lifts and Gondola. I made all my meals at the condo. Comfy bed. Quiet area and close to all that Breckinridge has to offer. Wi-fi worked without any issues. It's my second time staying here and I plan on coming again next year.

Wonderfully cared for 2B/1B spacious condo perfectly located at Peak 8! Transportation right out on the main road to the slopes.
The condo had everything we needed including a fully furnished kitchen, comfy bedding new mattresses with extra pillows, and Wifi. Enjoyed a nice evening of watching the snow fall while the fire was going and watching a movie on the relaxing couch. Be sure to enjoy the hot tub just a short walk up the hill. Thank you for allowing us to share your home away from home.

The condo had everything I needed for my weekend stay, it was clean and cozy. Great mountain base home. It's definitely set up for much longer stays (washer, dryer, full kitchen etc). I was there to catch last days of the ski season and it was conveniently located a walking distance to peak 8 lifts. Thank you for sharing this property!

This condo was clean and well stocked . Bed accommodation s were perfect. Very comfortable with all amenities needed for home away from home. Location could not have been better being right across from bus line and walking distance to many attractions and ski slope. My family and I walked into town everyday. The Host Brett was very attentive making sure we were comfortable.

We had a fantastic time staying at Goldcamp 46! With an outdoor locker for ski and snowboard gear, cozy blankets and Wi-Fi, both adults and kids We’re happy all weekend! This is a perfect condo location, close to the mountain, and downtown. Highly recommended for a summer or winter getaway! Thanks for the good times.

Great Location for a good price! You never have to drive to the gondola, and there's two parking spaces. Just take the bus to the base of Peak 7 or 8! Easy check in, nice comfy beds.
