Great location to Main street for so many food and drink options, along with all the shops. There is also a small grocery store and liquor store directly across the street, which made it convenient when we didn't want to drive for some snacks and coffee!
We really enjoyed having views of the slopes outside the living room Juliet balcony door. The kitchen is stocked with adequate dishes and supplies for how ever deep you want to get into making a snack, or a meal.
The building is older but kept up well, and felt very secure. For the most part everything is quiet, and nice that it's pet friendly.
We did take advantage of the garage parking underneath but beware that there are a lot of supporting posts in the garage so it will be very difficult to park a truck inside, or anything over 6'-6". There is still some parking in the alley if you can't make it into the garage spaces.

We had a wonderful time at our rental property. Brett was a wonderful host and was there for anything we need. The property itself was generally suitable for what we were seeking. That said, the condo was wonderful, the location second to none, and we would consider returning.

We came from Utah for the annual Bernese mountain dog holiday festival weekend. This place was conveniently located a half block from Main Street where all the action is! Across the street is an affordable Italian restaurant and just on Main Street, a fun fondue restaurant, to name a couple places we ate. Everything is close by, including a grocery and big dog park. Brett sent easy checkin instructions and communication. We loved Breckenridge!

This was a great place! Perfect base location for hiking, biking, shopping and restaurants. Once we parked our vehicle, we didn't use it again until we left. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed, plus some extra touches. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect. It was right next to the best grocery and liquor store in town. Walking to the mountain to ski is feasible, but not ideal if you are planning on wearing boots and carrying your skis. They have lockers at the mountain, but get there early. Use the lockers for your boots. For $13/night, you can store your skis at the base of the mountain by the SilverChair. Condo was in good shape. Bathroom is tight. Brett was great with communication. I had a problem with my email/ABB, and Brett was responsive to my text messages. The condo could be loud at bar closing hours depending on your neighbors, but that not Brett's fault. Garage and door codes were very easy to operate. Having the garage is a big plus for this location. Overall, great location and the condo was perfect for 2 people. Thanks Brett.

My husband, two teenage kids, and our puppy stayed in this fabulous condo over New Year's. This condo is simply amazing. Although small, the layout is extremely functional and was more than adequate for us. The bedroom has an excellent queen bed with a fantastic mattress. The bathroom connects the bedroom to the main living area. The sofa which turns into a bed is extremely comfortable as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you would need to make meals at home. Moreover, the location of this condo cannot be beaten. It is literally off Main Street. Once we arrived in Breckenridge, we parked our car and did not use it again until we left. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Breck from the condo. We were also able to walk to the QuikSilver chair lift. It is a less than 8-minute walk carrying skis and in ski boots. The condo comes with ski storage, which is so handy. It also comes with a garage parking spot. We have stayed in a lot of rental properties and this one was by far one of the cleanest. The linens were fresh, the dishes were clean, the bathroom was spotless. Brett is extremely accessible and responds quickly to any issues/questions/concerns. I would highly recommend this condo. One of the best!
