Great condo! Clean, very comfortable bed, kitchen had everything I needed and dog friendly, couldn't ask for more. Location is perfect. Very clear, easy instructions for check in and out, communication was excellent.

Great Location

We had a great stay- no issues or complaints. The location was easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Perfect for a summer hiking trip. Good size for the three of us. Our son slept on the sofa. There is no window in the bedroom, so we made sure to leave the sliding door open in the living room and the bathroom and bedroom doors open at night to allow the cool night air in. Also loved the garage parking.

The unit was extremely clean. It had all the amenities I needed. It's located across the street from Breckenridge Market. Main Street, shops and restaurants just down the block. Very comfortable with easy yet secure access. Will be back!!

The condo was perfect. The location and parking allowed us to park our vehicle for our entire trip. The condo was well stocked with comfy bedding and towels. Check in and check out was easy, communication was excellent. We would definitely recommend to couples looking for a downtown Breckenridge location.

Fantastic Location and easy check in and check out. The room / building is a very short walk from downtown Breck and made our stay very easy. Having a kitchen was great for breakfast in the morning.

Great weekend getaway!

Brett was a great host and was very communicative to ensure we had what we needed! Overall his place is a GREAT place to land for a weekend getaway to Breck! The location is 11/10, and truly in the best part of town. We also sincerely appreciated that there was a secure garage for us to park our car during our visit! The tiniest areas for improvement, we cooked in one night and the knives are a bit dull, so one thing to note. Otherwise, the only other thing to be aware of is the apartment does not have air conditioning so if you close the window while you are out it can get stuffy in the apartment. Truly two *minor* things to be aware of. All in all, we had a fantastic time and would 100% recommend this property!!!

Perfect location and secure building

I spent the week working remotely from Breck so was able to really settle in. This unit and building felt secure and was definitely centrally located. The grocery store is across the street too. It felt clean overall. The carpets were cleaned just before I arrived.There were drink coozies and chapstick upon arrival which was nice touch. It is a very quaint unit but has everything you need. There is even a shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion dispenser in the shower. Water pressure is good too. It does sleep more than 2 but would cap it comfortably at that, especially with a dog. There were many dogs in the building and everyone that I came in contact with was very nice and respectful. The internet and garage were a huge plus. I have a 4Runner and was able to get it in and maneuvered in a spot relatively easily. I brought a Furbo to keep an eye on my dog when I would venture out without her. I would recommend staying at StayLTD properties and look forward to my next trip to Breck.

Convenience is key when visiting Breck and this spot was everything we could have asked for. 5-7 minute to the ski lift, 2 minute walk to town - proximity is a 10. We would definitely stay again!
