My husband and I along with our dog, enjoyed a 10 day stay in a one bedroom unit. The location was ideal for daily walks, shopping and dining in Breckinridge. Bed was comfortable, lots of hangars in the closet, towels were not threadbare, knives were sharp, plenty of pots and pans for cooking. There is a grocery store nearby but it is definitely expensive. Make the drive to City Market which is a full grocery store with everything you need including cans of oxygen if the altitude is an issue. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Location, Location, Location!

The location of this condo was perfect, just a 1/2 block off Main Street and just minutes' walk to everything. Across the street is the Breckenridge Market which is so convenient. The condo is perfect for 2 people. The queen bed was super comfortable, with 4 pillows and extra blankets if needed. The condo was clean and had an electric fireplace that provided a cozy ambience. The kitchen has an electric kettle, coffee maker, frig, dishwasher, pots/pans, bowls, salt/pepper, all varieties of bar ware for wine and your favorite spirits. The liquor store is across the street too. There is a dedicated closet for gear. All doors had keyless access which was so nice not having to remember grabbing keys. This condo is on the ground floor so you can hear the neighbors above walking around sometimes. The only improvement I would recommend is better quality paper goods - toilet paper, kleenex and paper towels. Working with Brett was easy and he was quick to respond to messages. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This condo was clean, had a nice remodeled kitchen with everything you need. Bed was comfortable with nice linens. Couch was comfortable and had an ottoman for your feet. TV was large with several stations.Nice bathroom with plenty of towels. Easy walk to Main St with restaurants close by. Quiet neighborhood on a side street.We liked the little tables, one in and one out for dining. Our stay was short, but we did enjoy staying here and would stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Location was perfect—one block to Main St shopping, grocery store across the street, and everything was an easy walk. Condo was immaculate and well equipped. Bed and linens very comfortable. Nice electric fireplace added ambiance. Parking space was available-don’t forget the provided parking pass! Overall great stay. Would come back.

You can't beat the location! One block off of Main Street Breck. The place was clean, with easy check in and check out and with good communication from the host. Great place for a friendly dog too as the building is full of them. The only negative would be lack of daylight, but you can always sit outside on the patio.

Good location, convenient with a dog

This location worked well for skiing. We carried our boots and walked to the Maggie- about 10 min and then left our shoes in the Maggie while we skied and that made for an easy walk. We enjoyed being able to have our dog and easily get out to walk him. Everything was clean overall and we had what we needed.

My husband and I stayed at Tan 02 for two nights in September along with our golden retriever. Everything was great! The location is perfect, just a block off of Main Street. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Very accommodating if you bring your dog. Parking garage is available to park which was really nice. We would definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay! The condo was nice and clean with a cute little space outside the porch for the dog. Location is perfect for skiing, as it is just a short walk to the Quicksilver lift. Brett was kind and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo, but Small

This condo is in the perfect location if desiring to be in town especially during the summer. Grocery store across street and less than half a block to several good restaurants and from there many more. The condo is well appointed and provides secure parking. Provided good directions on how to find condo and enter. Good value. It is quite small and if more than two people suggest they be very close as there's really not much room. We were two people and still found it to be confining. There are no windows only the entry door from a hallway and the French door out the back with no lock. A wooden rod is used to keep the door from opening. No A/C, common in Breckinridge, so gets warm on hot nights with limited ventilation. I would not rent this unit again, but would consider other units from this individual/company.

Great location! Easy minute walk to main street. Instructions were clear and very easy. This would be a great place for 2 people. We had 4 people and with one bathroom and the only bathroom sink located in the master, things were a bit chaotic trying to shower and get ready. Overall would be great for 2 people or a couple with kids!

Walk to everything you need. Crossing the bridges at Ollies is a great walk. Dog park three blocks away. Perfect little patio for the dog to go out on. Very responsive management company. The only thing I would add is a Jacuzzi.

We loved this condo. It was spotlessly clean, well decorated and comfortable. Great location! The walk to the Quicksilver lift is less than a 10 minute walk and the grocery store is a half block.

Perfect for two

Great location one block off Main St and close to shops and a grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked, the living area was and bed were very comfortable. The unit has a fireplace which is perfect for those chilly nights and it's pet friendly! It has a small little patio which made it easy to let our dog out and enjoy the cooler fall day and the tv has cable in addition to many streaming services you may have a subscription to. Overall, it was a good value for the price of a night's stay. We would definitely rent again for a short stay.

This was a great little condo that worked out just perfect for two adults and one teen, and 2 little dogs. I loved the back patio door for those quick doggie pottie stops, and the location is what we always prefer, just a block from Main Street.

Terrific location, just a half block from Main St. and the free trolley stop! Lovely setting in the pines across from a beautiful home! Laundry right down the hall. Pretty nice fireplace, was a nice touch. the Garage was an ENORMOUS plus, especially with all the snow we got! We never used the car after we arrived. Will definitely be back.

Great location! Very close to carter park, starbucks, restaurants and shops. The local supermarket is in front of the apartment. Parking in the basement in the winter is a PLUS.
