Perfect weekend away

The condo was exactly what we needed! Great location being on the bottom floor, nice view looking towards town, great privacy while on the porch. Still within Walking distance to town. Fully stocked kitchen, nice bathroom with great shower heads that actually has good water pressure. Large comfortable bed! I will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect for our ski trip, the space was comfortable, clean, and cozy, and the host was responsive and understanding. 5/5 stars! Will definitely try to stay here again when we come back to Breckenridge.
Wonderful Breckenridge Condo with Great Location

My family of 4 spent a holiday week at the Trya D1 condo and really enjoyed our stay. Clear information and check-in instructions were provided ahead of our stay and the Brett also helped answer questions about lesson locations and shuttle options. The condo was cozy and easily accommodated two adults and 2 children. Having a well stocked kitchen let us enjoy meals in the condo. When it was time for skiing / boarding the location was great. You can hope right onto the Lower 4 O'clock train and ski down to the Snowflake lift or you can walk ~.25 miles down to the shuttle stop near Snowflake and shuttle over to one of the other peak areas. We would definitely stay in Tyra D1 again.

This cute condo was the perfect spot and space for my little family! We stayed for an extended weekend with our baby and it made the trip so convenient. Super close to the 4 o'clock (like 25 yards), so my husband and I were easily able to take turns boarding! We walked into Breckenridge downtown multiple times which was also so convenient. No worrying about parking! It is closer to a mile to downtown but feels shorter with how nice of a walk it is. Recommend this spot 100%!

It was wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable, and the view was LOVELY! We enjoyed seeing 2 young moose walk right up by our patio door! The weather was beautiful, too!

We were looking for a cozy mountain getaway and we got just that! The space was beautiful, today, and very comfortable. Easy check-in. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and had a comfortable space to come back to. Will be staying again!

Great location & very clean!! The only reason I give 4/5 stars is bc of the level of noise from the upstairs guests walking around, but you can't choose your neighbors. LOVED being able to walk across the street to the ski run!! We would def stay in this condo again.

I would rent this condo again. Ski in is very good with a little walking. Ski out we didn’t try snowflake lift. We skied to the base of 4 clock run where there is a shuttle stop. Take shuttle to base peak 9. Pretty easy. Accommodations good. Comfy bed. Hideaway bed in LR.Has washer n dryer. Very nice view from bedroom. The common hot tubs were good and the building is nice. Has parking. It’s a bit of a trek to Main Street, we drove down.

Great little condo. There is a flight of stairs to get down to the condo but otherwise is a great set up. The 4 o'clock run is right across the road from the place and the snowflake chair is not far from that. The drive up to the place was tough for my car but otherwise was a great fit! Would stay here again.

The apartment is perfectly located on the slope (direct in and out from 4 O'Clock slope) and less than a mile from the Breck downtown. Brett was very helpful and the apartment well equipped. The view was also fantastic and the presence of 3 moose one of the evening made it even better :)

Loved the place! it was cozy- and the views from porch were stunning! -perfect spot for an early morning tea and breakfast. Place was clean and well taken care of, it had everything we needed. .t was lovely... and we'd totally stay here again!!

This condo was perfect for skiing and relaxing. Loved the Ski-in Ski-out ability. Very clean unit. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed at Tyra for the weekend and it was very close to the ski lift and a run. It was also very clean. The host was quick to respond as well. I would stay here again.
