Inside, the home offers a serene and stylish layout with three queen beds, including a queen‑over‑queen bunk in the guest room. High‑speed WiFi and an in‑unit washer/dryer make this an excellent choice for extended stays or remote work. In warmer months, step outside to immediate trail access for hiking and biking.
For larger groups, StayLTD can coordinate multiple neighboring condos within the complex. Flexible trip‑protection insurance is available for bookings made 30+ days in advance. Primary renter must be 25+ and present throughout the stay. No animals permitted. Please review house rules if traveling with a registered service animal.

We really enjoyed this unit. We stayed for 2 nights (2 adults, 2 kids) and the space worked well. The kitchen had all of the cookware needed to prepare a nice meal the first night. Skiing the next day was easy - it was a very short walk to the 4 o'clock run, which took us to the Snowflake lift and convenient access to Peaks 8 and 9. The unit is also very close to a bus stop for the Gold shuttle line, which we used to get into town for dinner that night.
The unit itself was clean and tidy. No complaints at all. We received a very helpful email that contained detailed instructions, information, and pictures. READ IT!
Will definitely book again. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I LOVED our stay in this sweet sanctuary on the mountain. It was early in the season, but even so, we were ~100 yards from 4 o'clock run/Snowflake lift and ~2 blocks from the base of peak 8 when we wanted to head up to the spa on the mountain. We even got to use the Nordic Center nearby for some snowshoeing on a bright, sunny afternoon. Overall, it was a wonderful visit to Breck and we would absolutely stay in this condo again!

This condo was equipped for our family of 6 (3 double beds), was a block away from the slopes and was a more reasonable price than many other condos. We were happy with our stay and we recommend it!

The Grandview Condo was exactly what we were looking for in a ski vacation at Breckenridge. The ski in/out location was close, and the condo had everything we needed. The gas fireplace was a nice touch.
