Located in the heart of downtown on Park Ave, you’re steps from Main Street, restaurants, shops, and après — the ideal spot for anyone wanting true ski‑town convenience. Inside, the condo is set up for comfort and easy living, whether you’re cooking in or heading out for a night in town. Stainless appliances, granite counters, and modern finishes create a clean, welcoming space. New memory‑foam mattresses ensure a great night’s sleep across a king bed, queen bed, and a twin‑over‑queen bunk. A pullout sofa adds extra flexibility for groups or families. StayLTD also manages the neighboring unit, making this a great option for larger groups needing multiple condos. You’ll have one parking pass for the garage, with additional free and paid parking options nearby. Hiking and biking trails, rental shops, and the best of Breckenridge are all within easy reach. The hot tubs are open year‑round, and the pool is open seasonally from spring through Labor Day. Sometimes we can allow for early check in or late check out. Reach out to us to see if it's available and what the nominal fee may be. StayLTD offers optional Cancel For Any Reason insurance for bookings made 30+ days in advance, allowing cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. The main renter must be 25+ and present during the reservation.

Cozy, comfy, & clean!

The condo was everything I hoped for! Most importantly, it was cozy, comfy, & clean! Loved the gas fireplace & large dining table for meals / games. Plenty of space! It was maybe a 5-7 min walk to the gondola and less than 5 min walk home after skiing down 4 o'clock run. Great location. The hottub was also really nice & clean! Property manager was responsive & communicative. Thank you!
Amazing Autumn Stay!

We had an amazing stay during our autumn trip to Breckenridge! The house had everything we needed: stocked kitchen (appliances, soap, towels, plates, cups, etc,), plenty of bath towels and wash clothes, comfy beds, quiet area, fireplace, humidifiers, and more! Will definately stay again when we're in town!

Excellent location, close to Main Street and the ski resort. We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The condo was very clean and in excellent condition. The beds were nice and comfy.

Excellent location <5 min to Gondola and Main Street , could ski directly down 4 o’clock run and walk one block to condo. The condo was clean, new appliances, and 2.5 baths was convenient. Amenities include a hot tub and storage locker right by the unit for gear. Communication was clear and consistent at all times. Thank you!
Super convenient and clean

The place was exceptionally well located—a short walk to the gondola, an even shorter walk at the end of the day (100 feet or so) and an easy walk to Main Street for dinner. The building is older so it is not super luxe but for a ski trip it worked out great. The kitchen has all you need and, more importantly, all the beds are comfortable and have nice linens. Also, Brett is super responsive if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again if skiing Breck. Infact this is our 2nd time staying here!

Excellent 2 bedroom right on bus trail and within walking distance of Gondola, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Really enjoyed our stay at this convenient condo.

Everything in the condo worked well and was maintained. It was clean and ready for us to be there. The location is absolutely wonderful for a very short walk to main street. We enjoyed our time in Breckenridge!

Love this cute little space and it's right near main street! Cleaning fees are reasonable, and the hot tub is close to the unit! We had a great time and all of our needs were met. We will definitely be back. :)

A clean, spacious, well-equipped condo in the heart of Breckenridge, this place is a terrific option for families or groups of friends looking to stay in the area. We appreciated the clear check-in and check-out instructions, the inviting living room, the easy parking, and the hot tub. Would certainly recommend to others passing through or looking to stay awhile.

The condo has a great location, just in the center of town. Close to the village, all streets and the transfer station. The kitchen was well-stocked.
