I have stayed in Breck a few times and this was one of the better suites. The ski in and out is fantastic. Short walk to the hill. The room was perfect for a weekend stay. Very clean and modern.

My daughter and I enjoyed our time at Grandview B14 the first week of April. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was very well stocked and had everything we could have ever needed. It is conveniently located near the slopes. Don't underestimate how nice it is to be able to ski home vs drive or catch a bus. In addition, this allowed me to pop home at lunch time to get some work done. I look forward to coming back and staying at Grandview B14.

Great condo for our family of 4. Location was great with easy access to 4 o'clock run. Condo was clean with just a few minor inconveniences such as no can opener, no batteries for TV remote that was dead, and master bath shower curtain fell a couple of times (it probably needs to be replaced) We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

First time staying at a ski in/out location in Breckenridge it was Excellent. Place has everything you need and the owner is very responsive. It's only a 2-3min walk to ski/snowboard down to catch the Gondola and a fun ride back with the same 2-3min walk to your front door.

Perfect place to stay for a group of 5-6. The condo was easy to access, close to town and ski lifts, and very comfortable! We cooked dinner and there was plenty of kitchen supplies! Would definitely stay here again and wished we had booked more days!

Breck Stay with Family

We had an excellent time at the Grandview unit. The three of us skied all day and then were able to cook some dinner and spend a wonderful evening together. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Lot's of care and concern for our well being was in place. Brett was excellent to work with. He always responded quickly to my questions and checked up on us once we were there. Thank you for a wonderful time.

What a beautiful and clean apartment! We felt right at home! It was easy to hop onto the Snowflake Lift, no driving/parking necessary.

Brett was a wonderful host and his place was amazing! We really enjoyed being able to ski out to the snowflake lift and ski in at the end of the day. The home was sparkling clean and beautiful-just as the photos show it online! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
