Dedicated high‑speed WiFi and a laundry facility at the end of the hallway make this an excellent choice for extended stays or work‑from‑home trips. StayLTD manages multiple condos in this complex and nearby, so if you’re traveling with a larger group or want to upgrade to a bigger unit, we can easily accommodate everyone. Nice tiny apartment. This is really only suited for two adults. We really enjoyed how close we were to walking distance to all the shops and dining and the convenience of parking at the apartment.

We stayed in Tannhauser Unit 7 for my girlfriend's birthday. The location in downtown Breckenridge couldn't have been better. The unit was small but well kept and recently renovated. Pet friendly was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again.

This was our first time staying Breckenridge and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location of this spot could not be better. Easy walk to Peak 9, downtown eateries & shops, across the street from a grocer, etc... The updates inside are great. Everything is so clean and the small space is utilized so well. It's near the side door so it was pretty easy to get the pups outside to use the bathroom. This space was a great value and we were very happy with our stay and can't wait to return in the future!

We really enjoyed the nice space that was provided. This was the perfect spot with a garage, grocery store right across the street, walkable to just about anywhere and pet-friendly. I would recommend new pillows and dusting the ceiling fan. We definitely will stay again here if the spot is available next time we are in Breck. Tanhauser 2 was a perfect place for my wife and I. We walked everywhere and did not need our vehicle at all. Breckenridge is beautiful and you see so much more when you walk the town. Brett, from StayLTD was awesome. It was great to have a contact person if we needed him. I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay in the condo, had everything thing we needed. The condo was very clean. We brought our dog and getting outside was very easy. The condo is right off main street so close to walking everywhere. Had reserved parking which is a great benefit for Breckenridge.

This nicely redone condo was perfect for the 2 of us and our pup. You could not ask for a better location. We were within easy walking to downtown, a market and everything Breckenridge has to offer. I wouldn't recommend more than 2 adults but otherwise great

Location, location, location! 1 block from Main St. Unit 7 has been updated and is quite comfortable for 2 people. Nice King bed. Full kitchen...minus a dishwasher, but we didn't use a lot of dishes. Free Shuttle 1 block away.

Great Little Getaway Place

Overall this unit was great, very nicely remodeled with large smart TV and super location to all the downtown activities. The access was perfect from the front door of the building to unload/load from your vehicle. The washer and dryer are right down the hall and were always available when we needed them. Overall this is a great place and we hope to be back again sometime in the future.
