Sweet unit in the heart of Breckenridge. Well equipped with everything you need! Comfy bed - clean updated unit. Brett is a great at communicating and all instructions were really clear. Nice to have designated parking!

Excellent stay

We loved staying in this cute quiet unit. It's nicely updated and in great shape. The location is excellent - literally right on main street with a grocery store across the street. The covered indoor parking is great as well - we did not need to move the car the whole time. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Location, Nicely Remodeled, Allows Dogs

My lady friend, our 2 dogs, and I stayed 3 days in Tan 16. It has a lot going for it, nice small kitchen, comfortable king bed, very good bath - all recently remodeled. Bright and clean. Location is a short walk to the local grocery store, the Blue Moose (Just ok), and Breckenridge Brewery (good happy hour priced menu). Wifi worked fine, never used the TV. Brett seems genuinely interested in providing an enjoyable stay. All and all a very good or great stay. Pro Tip: Maybe look at units 18, 19, 20 if available as they face the ski hill as Tan 16 looks at the building next door. The entrance and hallway have not been redone so not a big deal so don't be put off. Parking under the building is included though is very tight. Once you get the hang of it, you'll manage. The place is very dog friendly which isn't so common for accommodations in Breck. This is a Huge bonus if you like vacationing with your pets as we do!

Small but nice

Condo was small but adequate for two people. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is great for accessing downtown and ski lifts. Overall we were happy with this condo.

Absolutely Perfect Location

Not only did this unit provide everything we needed, but the location was impossible to beat. Less than a 5 minute walk to downtown (and that was walking slow to avoid ice patches) and easy to find when arriving to town. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit.

Can’t beat the location and the access from here! Amenities in the apartment were nice and functional for a short stay. Read all the instructions super closely as there are some quirks to an older building - and thin walls making it easy to hear hallway noise. Nothing a white noise machine can’t work with though which was provided.

Fabulous Location / Great Condo

This condo is perfectly located, just a block off Main Street. Easy walk to & from the heart of town as well as other restaurants off the main area. Underground parking is a plus if you have a vehicle that isn't too large (be aware there is a full flight of 15 stairs from the garage up to the main level, and another full flight to the second level where this condo is located). The condo itself has been very well renovated, with comfortable furnishings, including an electric fireplace (more for ambiance than heat but a nice touch). Both the kitchen & bath were very clean & we particularly booked because of the king size bed. The interior of the building leaves much to be desired (dark/dingy hallways that could use renovating) but the owners of this particular condo unit did a great job for the space. We would consider staying again if our travels take us back to Breck.

I say yes since the location couldn't be better. One block off the Main Street, a grocery store across the street. You can park your car and either walk everywhere or take the local transportation. All up to date, clean and everything you would need.

We loved the unit - it's been recently updated and looks beautiful! The location is awesome. It's feet from Main Street, across the street from a grocery store, and easy walk to the river, shops and restaurants. The covered parking is lovely - we did not have to drive the whole time. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

Amazing location!!

We had such a great time staying here! I loved how close it was to walk to the lift when we went snowboarding, and close again to Main Street so that we could get dinner after a long day on the mountain. It was well kept too and felt very clean!! I look forward to staying here again next time we visit Breckenridge!! It was also so nice being able to bring my small dog. He also enjoyed it!

Great stay

Very convenient location. The accommodations were perfect for our family of three adults. Our 19 yr old found the couch with memory foam topper comfortable. This is a petite condo but it has everything you need to cook basics and get to the slopes. We appreciated the ski locker (with a chair) right across the hall. Wall hooks for coats etc. Another plus is the jack n jill bathroom with a door from the bedroom and from the living room. No need to walk through bedroom to access bath.Happily surprised to find a small crockpot available. Nice touch to have dinner ready when you got back from the slopes. We traveled with our dog. It was a quick walk down the stairs to take him out and only a few blocks to the dog park and sledding hill.We also appreciated having an option to park in the garage.The main bed is good quality mattress and comfortable but firm.We chose this condo because of the convenience and it was dog friendly. It was nicely appointed with what we needed to prepare basic meals.Great communication with management prior to arrival. We did bring an old towel for shoes in hallway to keep the living area clean.

The location is fantastic. The apartment size is perfect for 2 and well equipped. Loved the fireplace. We would stay here again and highly recommend it. The owner was very responsive and gave clear access instructions.

My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful stay in this perfect little condo. The condo is really up to date, really pretty, modern, yet cozy, and very clean. We had everything we needed. Even though it is surrounded by other units, we never heard any of the neighbors. It also couldn't be in a better location. The grocery and liquor store are literally next door. We were also 1/2 block from Main Street with lots of restaurants and shops. We walked in one direction to the gondola in 10 minutes and the other direction to the troll in 10 minutes. With the exception of driving into the mountains for hikes, we never drove anywhere else. It was a perfect stay.

We were visiting Breckinridge for the first time and lucked out in choosing this property. The unit is updated and clean and had every amenity for a comfortable stay. The location is perfectly located one block off Main Street which allowed us to walk to restaurants and shops. Directly across the street is a small, quaint grocery store, convenient for those meals we decided to eat in. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookware for food preparation. The unit is clean and and comfortable and a garage parking spot is nice, especially since it snowed during our visit. The host was responsive and informative. I would highly recommend this property.

The unit is located one block off Main St. Also there is a grocery store across the street which made snacks and such a breeze. It is newly remodeled and is perfect for a couple or small family. Communication with the host was outstanding. He checked on our arrival and to make sure everything was to our satisfaction with the unit. We would stay here again without a second thought.
