All mattresses are brand new, including a king, queen, twin‑over‑full bunk, an additional twin, and a pullout sofa. The condo features updated finishes throughout, including new carpet, paint, countertops, and furnishings, plus an in‑unit washer and dryer for extended stays. The complex offers two year‑round hot tubs and a seasonal pool (spring through fall), along with a community grill and one dedicated parking spot. A ski locker right outside your door keeps gear organized, and elevator access makes unloading easy. The free Breck bus stops nearby for quick access to Peaks 7, 8, and 9, though most guests love being able to walk everywhere. Hosting a large group or corporate retreat?
