Located at Ski Hill Rd. and Park Ave., you can walk to restaurants, shops, the gondola, and the best of Main Street. Two queen beds and two memory‑foam pullout sofas comfortably sleep up to 8 adults, making this a great option for families or groups. Enjoy garage parking for one vehicle, elevator access to your door, and the ability to ski back to the building via the 4 O’Clock Run. A ground‑floor ski locker keeps your gear organized, and the coin‑op laundry just outside the condo is ideal for extended stays or work‑from‑home trips. The free Breck bus stops right outside, offering quick access to Peak 8, Peak 9, and anywhere in town. If you’re traveling with a larger group, StayLTD manages several condos in the building and next door, making multi‑unit bookings easy. We sometimes can offer early check in or late check out for a small fee, reach out and let us know if it's something you require. StayLTD also offers optional trip‑protection insurance for bookings made 30+ days in advance, allowing cancellation up to 2 days before arrival. One block to the gondolas and two to Main Street makes this location the best in town. Unit with all the amenities and plenty of room to stretch out made the stay so comfortable. Brett was in constant contact to make sure everything was good. Will definitely be returning next time we are in town. Highly recommend!

The ski apartment was perfect for our stay — very clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the slopes and close to restaurants and shops. The space was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect location

7 minute walk to gondola. 4 minute walk to the heart of Main Street where all of the restaurants and shops are. I come to Breck every year and usually stay somewhere I can walk out, and I'm on the mountain. This location was way better for the family. Stay here if you are coming with your significant other or your kids. I never waited more than 1 minute to get on the gondola and I went on the mountain almost every day for 2 weeks in late Feb and early March.

This condo is a five minute walk to downtown which is what I was looking for. It was very neat and clean and had one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen in a while. Great spot!

Ski Hill #5 was perfect! The condo has plenty of space to spread out, along with a handful of useful amenities. The location is also great! An easy walk to Main Street or the Gondola. The communication from booking through the end of our stay was easy and the host makes sure everything in the condo is to your expectations. I would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Breckenridge! I know we will stay again in the future.

Excellent Spot

We stayed at Brett's spot for a month, and it was absolutely perfect. The location can't be topped - it's a 3 minute walk to the gondola, and a 3 minute walk to the center of town. The house is well kept, and has everything you could want. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are well appointed - everything was really as close to perfect as you could ask for. Brett is very responsive if you need anything, can't recommend this place highly enough!

PERFECT Location-Well appointed condo

The location was perfect for us. It was literally across the street from the gondola. Two blocks from restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to everything we needed including a grocery store. We did not rent a car so this was helpful. If we wanted to do something up the mountain there is free bus transportation or the free gondola. The condo was as advertised but know that the fireplace is not able to be used per HOA. It was very spacious for a family of 4 to spread out. It comes very well stocked in the kitchen needs and we also noticed that baby items were available but we didn't need them (high chair, pack N play, etc). The book/ game shelf is well stocked for adults and children. My husband and son enjoyed doing a puzzle at night. The mud room was spacious and well equipped for wet boots, numerous coats and such. There were humidifiers provided for those of us from humid climates. Also note, there are laundry facilities on site but you need quarters. It seems like the owner has provided many things to make your stay comfortable.
