The unit was gorgeous with a beautiful kitchen and super nice amenities. Loved the spa/hot tub being on 12-8p. The beds upstairs you have to watch your head but you can fit the whole party comfortably to enjoy a super walkable trip to the slopes and town.

Our group had a great stay! A 5-10 minute walk to Peak 9 and a short walk into downtown Breck. Able to see which hot tubs were open from the room. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and beds were well setup. Would certainly stay here again in the future!

This place was very clean and very close to everything. It's located in a walking distance from places to eat and to have fun. VERY CLEAN! We received all check-in and check-out information in a timely manner. Brett responded to all our questions right away. I highly recommend Columbine 17! Great Customer Service!

This was my second time staying here with my family because we love this condo so much! Great location close to everything Breckenridge has to offer. Love the deck and electric fireplace. The condo is absolutely sparkling clean as well which is really important to me!

Nicely equipped place. Very convenient to Quicksilver lift and the town of Breckenridge. We had a really nice two days of skiing.

The apartment was perfect for our family of four on our first visit to Breckenridge. It was spotlessly clean and a perfect size for us with two lovely bathrooms. The upstairs mezzanine was fine for our tall sons ages 20 and 17 and they liked having a double bed each up there. The only time it may not be ok is for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs up to it are tight and the beds are on the floor. The pictures on the website depict it very well. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need with a great size fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The location is great and only a short 5-10 min walk to the centre of town and the quicksilver chairlift at the base of Peak 9, we hired skis at Avalanche Sports South (great service and again only about a 5min walk from the apartment). Hot tub and pool complex also great and is just a walk around the corner from the apartment entrance. We would definitely stay here again if we re visit Breckenridge.

Newly renovated, spacious, great appliances, hot tub nearby, close proximity to downtown shops, restaurants & bars, and great spot to hit beautiful spots for hiking and biking! Had everything we needed for a weekend getaway in Breck. Easy communication and check-in/check-out. Highly recommend!

We were fortunate enough to rent Columbine 17 for 2 1/2 months during the early ski season (January-March). The condo and its location could not have been better. The condition of the unit was better than expected with very nice finishes, high ceilings, views of the ski resort, a good sized kitchen and enough beds/baths to accommodate guests from out of town. The condo was sufficiently stocked with everything you need from cooking supplies, towels, linens to TV/movie services and internet. This was a terrific feature as restaurants get very crowded so the ease of cooking at the condo was great, especially after a long day on the mountain. The location was absolutely fantastic. Easy walking distance to South Main Street, the base of the ski resort and bus stops. Our little one was in a 7 week ski program that met at the base of the gondola. We could take the Bus (Brown Line) or drive and be back in time to get ready inside a warm residence and walk 5 minutes or less to the lifts. No worry about finding or paying for parking. We absolutely recommend Columbine 17 to anyone looking for a nice sized condo. Booking was easy and seamless, we look forward to the opportunity to stay there again!
